Aaron Jourdan joined The Lenox Group in 2020 as a Senior Analyst.

Prior to joining The Lenox Group, Aaron worked as a Credit Analyst I & II for United Community Bank where he underwrote credit packages for commercial and corporate clients. During his time as a Credit Analyst II he assisted in the management of the Bank’s underperforming asset portfolio as a part of the Specialized Asset Department.

Aaron graduated from the University of Georgia as a HOPE and Zell Miller Scholarship recipient, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in both Finance and Economics.

Aaron earned the rank of Eagle Scout in 2011 and enjoys playing Ultimate Frisbee in his free time.

Richelle E. Terry

Richelle Terry joined The Lenox Group in 2006 and has over 15 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance and financial consulting.

Richelle joined The Lenox Group after completing graduate school. Previously, Richelle was a Manager in the Financial Services Division of Assurant Health, a provider of small group and individual medical insurance products, where she developed and implemented sales forecast tools and procedures to be used throughout the company's multi-channel sales environment. She was also responsible for forecast analytics and reporting. Prior to Assurant Health, Richelle worked as an Analyst in the Corporate Finance division of Imperial Capital, LLC, a full-service institutional securities brokerage and investment banking firm specializing in the below investment grade market. At Imperial, Richelle assisted in the execution of a variety of merger and acquisition, debt financing and strategic advisory transactions. Prior to Imperial, Richelle was a consultant in the Business Recovery Services group of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. There she worked in an advisory role in turnaround situations and participated in several in- and out-of-court restructurings.

Richelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. She earned her Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University where she was awarded the Wall Street Journal Award for Excellence in Finance.

Richelle resides in Atlanta with her husband, Chad, and their son, Benjamin, and daughter, Charlotte. Richelle enjoys skiing, tennis and long walks with her two Labrador Retrievers.

James M. Fite, CFA

Jim Fite is a Managing Director and a co-founder of The Lenox Group. Jim has more than 25 years of experience in M&A transactions and corporate finance, with strong expertise in the healthcare, consumer, industrial and business services and manufacturing industries. Throughout his career, Jim has been involved in several types of investment banking assignments including sell-side and buy-side advisories, management buyouts, private placements of debt and equity, dividend recapitalizations, corporate orphan acquisitions and fairness opinions. His clients primarily involve private, family-owned businesses.

Prior to forming The Lenox Group, from 1998 to 2002, Jim was a Senior Vice President and co-head of the Basic Industries Group at Legacy Securities Corp., a middle market investment banking boutique. Jim was responsible for sourcing, executing and closing merger and acquisition and capital raising transactions. From 1995 to 1998, he was a Senior Consultant in Corporate Finance at Deloitte & Touche LLP where he completed over 20 merger and acquisition and capital raising transactions. From 1994 to 1995 he was Vice President of Eco-Pak Corporation where he assisted in the commercialization of a paperboard packaging concept in the beverage industry. From 1989 to 1994, Jim was Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Westpac Banking Corporation where he initiated and executed merger and acquisition transactions for U.S. companies in the Pacific Rim. From 1987 to 1989, Jim was a Senior Financial Analyst at First American National Bank.

Jim is a former member of the Board of Directors (Treasurer) of Pathways Community Network, Inc., which provides Internet-based connectivity to Atlanta Social Service Agencies; Former Executive Committee member (President) of Community Consulting Teams, an organization providing management and financial consulting to Atlanta area not-for-profits on a pro-bono basis; member of the Advisory Board of Montgomery Bell Academy; Former Board Member (Treasurer) of Samaritan House, an Atlanta-based organization for the homeless.

Jim is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. He is a CFA Charterholder.

Luke I. Pleta

Luke Pleta joined The Lenox Group in 2018 as an associate.

Just prior to joining Lenox, Luke graduated with a Specialized Master’s in Finance from The Ohio State University.

Previously, Luke was a Consultant with Deloitte Consulting and Financial Analyst with Morgan Stanley.

Luke earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the California University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in Accounting and Finance.
