Formed in 2003, The Lenox Group is an Atlanta-based, boutique investment bank focused on providing merger and acquisition advisory services and raising capital for private, middle-market companies with revenues between $20 million and $250 million. Lenox provides capital raising (debt and equity) advice and have numerous, long-standing relationships with capital providers. Our merger and acquisition practice includes both buy-side and sell-side advisory. On the buy-side, our services range from identifying targets to assisting management teams in acquiring the business for which they currently work. On the sell-side, we primarily assist private, family-owned businesses and entrepreneurs gain liquidity either through a complete sale or recapitalization.
