Our Firm

Formed in 2003, The Lenox Group is an Atlanta-based, boutique investment bank focused on providing merger and acquisition advisory services and raising capital for private, middle-market companies with revenues between $20 million and $250 million. Since inception, Lenox bankers have focused on companies in the industrial and manufacturing, healthcare, consumer, and business services and technology industries. Within these core sectors, we have completed transactions in a variety of sub-sectors as detailed in our Industries section.

Lenox provides capital raising (debt and equity) advice and have numerous, long-standing relationships with capital providers. Our merger and acquisition practice includes both buy-side and sell-side advisory. On the buy-side, our services range from identifying targets to assisting management teams in acquiring the business for which they currently work. On the sell-side, we primarily assist private, family-owned businesses and entrepreneurs gain liquidity either through a complete sale or recapitalization.

Lenox’s commitment to the middle-market is consistent and is not affected by market changes. As a result of this focus, Lenox has established an extensive contact base with institutional lenders, investors, and buyers focusing on middle-market companies. Middle-market clients require patience and support since the sale of their company or the introduction of outside capital is potentially the most important and uncertain event in their company’s history. We understand the needs of entrepreneurs and have developed a process which educates the client on what to expect while producing a successful outcome.
