Deal Synopsis:
The Lenox Group supported a team of managers and investors in purchasing the multi-national freight forwarding division of USF Corporation, (NASDAQ: USFC), Seko Worldwide. Lenox advised Seko’s management team on the transaction and helped raise capital to affect the transaction. Lenox also represented Seko’s management team in divesting the Company’s Asian operations.
